Madelyn had a loose front upper tooth for a little while and the other night we were eating supper and after her first bite into the pizza she declared "My tooth came out!" She was holding it in her hand. The funny part of the story was we were watching the kids of our good friends and they asked her if they could see the hole in her mouth. She showed them, and of course they were commenting on the blood that was coming from the hole. She told everyone how cool that was and after she went into the bathroom to see for herself, the tears started flowing because now she thought that she was going to have this big hole for the rest of her life and she couldn't accept that. After repeated explaining that a tooth was going to grow back she finally went about her business. Funny thing is this was her 3rd tooth that she's lost and she knows the routine - she's a killer!

Well hello strangers! That's pretty crazy. Kallie doesn't even have a single loose tooth. She was surprised that Madelyn has already lost 3!!!
Madelyn was asking me when we were there if she would have a whole in her mouth forever if she lost a tooth. :) She's getting too old!
